Present your PDF ticket to the staff at Door 01 and continue through security. Your tickets can be displayed on your mobile device — there is no need to print them.

⚠️ Arrive Early — Allow Extra Time We recommend arriving at Door 01 at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time. During high season (April–October), queues for security screening can be significantly longer — please allow at least 30 minutes. These are timed entry tickets, meaning you enter at your booked time slot. All visitors must pass through security screening before entry, and wait times are beyond our control.

  • 2 Choose your language: Once installed, select your preferred language from the available options within the app.
