Present your PDF ticket to the staff at Door 01 and continue through security. Your tickets can be displayed on your mobile device — there is no need to print them.

Important Ticket Information
Your ticket allows a single entry and cannot be reused. Museum staff may ask to see your ticket at any point during your visit — keep it accessible at all times.
Your entry date and time are fixed. Once a booking is confirmed, changes cannot be made. Entry is only valid for the specific date and time selected.
Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Museum Rules
The Uffizi Gallery is an institutional building. Appropriate conduct and respect for other visitors is expected at all times.
- Do not touch artworks or place objects close to them. Do not lean on sculpture bases or walls.
- No flash photography. Amateur photos and videos for personal use are allowed, but no flash, selfie sticks, tripods, or professional equipment.
- No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
- No food or drink in exhibition areas. Exceptions: baby food, baby bottles, powdered milk, and juice boxes under 250 ml for children only.
- No canned, alcoholic, or corrosive drinks. Liquids over 500 ml are not permitted. All LAG products (liquids, aerosols, gels) must be submitted to security staff.
- Phones on silent. Do not talk on the phone in the galleries. Keep a moderate tone of voice.
- No running in the museum premises.
- No weapons or sharp objects of any kind, including ritual weapons such as kirpan. Armed visitors (even with a licence) may not access the museum.
- Only pencils and digital devices are allowed for sketching. No markers, paints, or cumbersome equipment. Do not write on or deface walls.
Photography Guidelines
You are welcome to take amateur photos and videos for personal or research purposes throughout the permanent collection.

Audio Guide — Setup Instructions
If your booking includes the audio guide, follow these steps to set it up before your visit.
🎧 PopGuide Audio Experience
Set up your audio guide before arriving at the museum for the best experience.
- 1 Open from your phone: Tap the activation link sent in your WhatsApp message or email from your mobile device. This will download the PopGuide app and activate your access automatically — no username or password needed. The link must be opened on a mobile phone, not a computer.
- 2 Choose your language: Once installed, select your preferred language from the available options within the app.
- 3 Download for offline use: Download the content so the audio guide works without internet during your visit.
Accessibility & Pets
Accessible toilets are available on the 2nd and 1st floors. Contact museum staff for directions to the nearest accessible facilities.
🐕 Service Dogs & Pets Policy
Animals are not permitted inside the museum, with the following exceptions:
- Guide dogs for the visually impaired
- Service dogs assisting visitors with disabilities (must be kept on a leash)
- Pets for medical/therapeutic reasons (pet therapy) with a certificate from public health services

Visually impaired or blind visitors are the sole exception to the no-touching rule, but only for works included in the dedicated accessible itineraries.

Can I re-enter the museum after leaving?
No. Your ticket allows a single entry only. Once you exit the museum, you cannot re-enter with the same ticket.
Is a physical guide included?
No, a physical guide is not included with your booking. You are welcome to use our online guide or the PopGuide audio experience if included in your booking.
Can I change my date or time?
Unfortunately, your entry date and time are fixed once confirmed. Changes cannot be made. Entry is only valid for the specific date and time selected.
Are strollers and baby items allowed?
Yes. Baby food, baby bottles, powdered milk, and small fruit juice boxes (under 250 ml) are permitted for children. Highchairs are available in the cafeteria on request. Children may drink from bottles, cups, or small bottles with non-drip closures.
Can I propose in the museum?
Yes! The Uffizi welcomes marriage proposals on the premises, including the cafeteria. However, this must not disturb other visitors, and no professional photographers or equipment are permitted. Entrance with ceremonial clothing or accessories is not allowed.
